The objectives of the “Investing in Impact” project are:

 

  • The acquiring of social enterpreneurship competencies for 36 leaders from 10 countries (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Greece and Turkey)
  • The development of a collaborative network for the 18 partner organisations of the projects.
  • The development of a business plan, adapted for the social enterprises.

WORK EXPERIENCE 15/09/2002–Present : Project Manager English Teacher IĞDIR (Turkey) I have been working as an English teacher since 2002 and also I have been working at the EU projects department at the Provincial Directorate of National Education as a project manager Since 2013. EDUCATION AND TRAINING 10/08/1998–12/08/2002 : English Teacher GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ EDUCATION FACULTY ENGLISH TEACHING DEPARTMENT, ANKARA (Turkey) PERSONAL SKILLS Mother tongue(s) :Türkçe (TURKISH) Other language(s) : English Communication skills I have been working as a teacher since 2002 and worked actively at high school in which there are students aged between 14-18. Since 2013 I have been interested in EU projects and started working at the Projects department at the Provincial Directorate of National Education. Organisational / managerial skills I have been working at the EU projects department at the Provincial Directorate of National Education as a project coordinator. I prepare projects KA1 and KA2 and apply to the national agency and sometimes our organization becomes partner. Sometimes we carry out the projects of the ministry as the responsible coordinator in the city. So I have the capacity of organizing and working in a team. Job-related skills I have attended several trainings on PCM and also gave trainings to the teachers on how to prepare Projects. I have experience in writing the project preparing the budget, implementing it and reporting it.
