Our association is run and audited by boards our members elect
The General Assembly is our highest body. It meets every December and elects members to the association's bodies. Below are our boards for the 2026 term and their roles under our statute.

The bodies of the association
Under Article 6 of our statute, the association consists of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the Advisory Board.
General Assembly
The association's highest body. It holds its ordinary meeting every December and elects members to the association's bodies. Every member has one vote.
Board of Directors
Elected by the General Assembly: 5 full and 5 substitute members. It shares out its roles at its first meeting, represents the association and carries out the General Assembly's decisions.
Supervisory Board
Elected by the General Assembly: 3 full and 3 substitute members. At least once a year it audits the association's work, books and accounts, and reports its findings.
Advisory Board
Three experienced members elected by the General Assembly. The Board of Directors consults it, and it offers know-how on writing and running projects.

Board of Directors
Represents the association, carries out the General Assembly's decisions and meets at least once a month. To protect personal data, members who have not shared their name appear by role only.

Supervisory Board
Checks that the association works towards the aims set out in its statute and that its books and accounts are kept as the law and the statute require, and reports its findings to the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.

Advisory Board
