Amaç

Our main goal when implementing the project was to promote a more inclusive and harmonious society by addressing the issues of discrimination, prejudice and miscommunication among young people. We aimed to achieve the following goals:
Increasing young people's ability to communicate effectively in their communities: We wanted to provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to communicate openly and respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Through workshops, trainings and interactive activities, we aimed to improve their understanding of different perspectives, encourage active listening and build empathy.
Reducing the prejudices of young people against individuals different from them: We understand the importance of breaking down and eliminating the prejudices that young people may hold against others based on factors such as ethnicity, religion, gender or disability. Our project focused on promoting awareness, education and exposure to different cultures, beliefs and experiences. By providing opportunities for dialogue, interaction and shared experiences, we aimed to reduce prejudice and foster greater acceptance and appreciation of differences.
Developing young people's ability to go beyond their thinking patterns and embrace differences: We aimed to empower them to overcome their prejudices and prejudices. Through training modules, workshops and critical thinking exercises, we have encouraged them to question their assumptions, challenge stereotypes and develop a more open-minded approach to differences. We aimed to foster a culture of inclusion where young people are willing to explore alternative perspectives and embrace diversity.
Increasing young people's tolerance towards people with different identities and backgrounds: We understood the importance of developing tolerance and respect for individuals with different identities and backgrounds. Our project aimed to create a safe and inclusive space for dialogue and understanding. By promoting intercultural awareness, intergroup collaboration and shared experiences, we aimed to develop empathy and acceptance among young people. We encouraged them to value diversity and recognize the richness that different perspectives and histories bring to society.
Through these goals, we sought to make a long-lasting impact on the attitudes and behavior of young people. By equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge and values, we aimed to contribute to a society where differences are respected; discrimination is reduced and coexist in peace and understanding.
